They have the financial capability to do so....

But will they fork out the money to buy these cars ?

Right now, they don't even own any car/fleet.
Possibility is yes, but the feasibility of it ?

They do not have to fork out money...getting partnership and getting these autonomous carmaker to invest and roll out these cars...feasible or not feasible, we can't tell as of now..but do not rule out anything yet...autonomous car could replace taxi in the near future...

Crapcar took advantages on us by revising commission to higher i.e. 25% if we are not "loyal" to them.

I am not ruling out the possibility of it.
I am also not ruling out the possibility of flying cars in the future.

But this probably won't happen in the next 5 yrs or so.
By that time, who knows where will Uber be ?
Maybe in 5 yrs time, the biggest organization might be some China-based company.
Who knows ?

I drive 1 platform at a time.
Used to be Uber only, and now Grab only.
Just that I am a lazy Grab driver nowadays.

Yes nobody knows...in the meantime just enjoy whatever incentives both platform has to offer now...but it may not last long...it is a matter of time before incentives or daily quest are gone....

In some places at certain times ublur app are handy by the way....

Ublur better come out with counter measurement fast....b4 crapcar lure away most of their drivers...

don't still blur2 sit insides the office and said things like to their drivers: "u don't like then don't drive lah, nobody force u to drive uber" etc.

Am trying to use another phone, with different number, for Uber. Uber is supposed to send a code to me for verification, but I never received it.

there were already mentions this way not work long, maybe just not your turn yet only

1) not giving uber log in password, grab call u, no pickup call, suspend u first

- uber register driver list with SPAD, can get name list from SPAD. same among them who wanna get who's list.

but i heard for this case Uber will refund the cancellation fee to the rider is it's confirm abuse by badass drivers like you and me weY....

This is true, when a dispute occurs - Uber will compensate.

I doubt so. Ever since Uber self kill themselves by taking away guaranteed incentive, I don't think any drivers moving the other way round which is from Grab to Uber. Unless if they got removed from Grab, then no choice, only left Uber can drive.

short terms - uber should consult their own company legal team, pretty sure that what crapcar is doing there, i.e., driver declare their loyalty to crapcar and stop driving uber, has contradicted some relevant law....meet up their competitor in court. Of course, ublur may not win the case and it is depends on how they argue the case in the court.

Tak kan crapcar keep luring their drivers away....and ublur rely on recruiting the new drivers to replace the existing drivers + banned former crapcar drivers to pick up their customer.


longer terms - ublur need to come out with better driver retention strategies in particular the current pricing structure.
