I used to have Mi box S but gave it away and got Mecool KM9 pro. New astro app with KM9 pro still juddering on HD live channels, but not as bad as Mi box S and depending on which channel. SD shows are smooth. However HD shows in Catch Up are all smooth. My KM9 pro is L3 and Android TV ver.9

Can you install from play store Android System WebView and then turn on 'developer option' to select the newly installed webview to see if there is a difference ?

If it's from the Play Store.. Should be considered Official d and should check for root status. So those with, should obviously steer away from this update. Yeah, really hints at the whole October 1st date thingy.. Gotta hit that deadline.. more fixes, more security.. haha..

I read from the play store that now login requires to enter PINs which they send into the email of the account holder ? Is that true ?

I don't have so many boxes. I only have one box. I cannot conduct so many experiments. Users have to do experiments themselves to add to the knowledge pool.

my android tv cannot use astro go, anyone know how i can watch it using my android tv?

Define "cannot use"... Have you tried all the various recent apks and still couldn't get it to work? Not that, you'd have a smooth experience on ATV OS anyways, judging from recent reports. Then there's the obvious answer. Get a box that can and use that instead. I'd wait though, see which boxes still can after a month or two. Just incase.

AGREED, my mecool m8s max face lagging in Live Channel but working perfectly in the old apps...thus can conclude that the hardware isn't a problem to run the apps in fact is the new astro go apps that restrict the usage in android devices not only android TV os, my m8s max is running normal version (mobile android)
