Not sure about the price but you can check with One Living Puchong. I find their price cheapest after asking around many shops.

Petronas voucher is from Samsung, should be the same offer no matter which shop you buy from.

Bought the NU8000 for RM5999 on Lazada. Waiting for 2nd delivery as I wasn't home earlier today. Good deal?

Btw, I'm using 55" Plasma right now, can I re-use the wall mount to mount 65" NU8000?

You need to check how much weight does your wall mount bracket supports . If you are not sure , I suggest you get a new one since they are fairly affordable these days .
Better to play it safe than to be sorry later.

65 inches of NU8000 is about 30 KG ( 24-27kg to be exact ) and has a VESA mounting interface of 400 x 400 .

Actually, the bracket can support NU8000 as the tv is lighter than my previous plasma. It just that it is shorter as it was intended for 55" TV.
Went ahead and bought phison brand bracket, installed on the same spot as my previous bracket and it does the job very well.

Trying to get ARC to play well with HTS is a nightmare.

Yeah, price difference a lot between sellers. I initially went to a store near my place the cheapest they sold (same model) is RM94 and others as high as RM135! Looked on shopee and went ahead to COD with a seller in Penang for RM48.

I got ARC working. Cheap and expensive cable doesn't make any difference, I tested.

I use LG BH7530TW HTS. It got 2 HDMI IN port and 1 HDMI OUT.
I have an android box and hypptv connected to a hdmi switch, this switch then connected to LG HTS HDMI IN 1.
I also have a PS4 connected to TV's HDMI 3.

So, what weird is if I turn on either android box or hypptv, then I will have arc working. So now, when I want to play PS4, I will need to also turn on the android box to get ARC.

Tell me your setup, maybe I could help.

Hi all sifus, is anyone here using NU8000 or samsung 2018 4k tv that pairs with Denon AVR? is there any issues with 4k HDR signals from denon avr to the tv? I'm planning to buy NU8000..however, i read that there are issues with Denon receivers particularly on 4k HDR signals due to EDID issues...im using Denon x2300w currently, im afraid it will have issues with 4k HDR signals

Panasonic TH-65FZ950K vs Sony KD-65A8F which would you choose?
Both 65in OLED, both similar pricing.

There really isn't anything you can do . Since Samsung has added VRR to their TV , the extended EDID timing has been causing a lot of problems with the Denon AVR . All of the 2018 QLEDs and NU8000 models are affected .

Doesn't help the fact that Samsung and Denon have been putting the blames on each others . From what I heard , Denon and Samsung both have promised to patch the problem a while ago . We just aren't sure if they have actually fixed it . It works for some people and it doesn't for some people .

If the worst come to worst , you will have to do direct plugging .

Yea, i have gotten a confirmation from a forumer in AVS forum via private message that the 4K HDR signal has been resolved. The forumer is using NU8000 with Denon x3200w while mine is x2300w, i guess it works the same. I've also double checked the latest firmware changelog for x2300w which includes ALLM and extended EDID being patched.

If not, my next best choice will be the Sony x75f series, cheaper by around RM1k..but i find the panel brightness is not very bright.

Direct plug in will sacrifice dolby atmos, true hd, etc....very sad...this will be the worst scenario...aiks, hopefully everything will go well, planning to get it by this weekend, One living is offering me Rm4,280 for 55 inch NU8000. Will look at TBM and Desa also

Any good & rigid (but wallet friendly) 65" tv bracket to recommend?

I saw alot in lazada, price also varies, and some of the reviewers said seller says 65" can fit, but end up actual one cannot fit a 65"...
