I'm currently in the hunt for a 65' TV, been reading this thread since the starting and I notice a major siding towards the Sony brand.

Reason I asked is because I have a 4-4.5k budget for the tv, honestly it's just for basic usage such as Astro/occasional downloaded movies/iflix/youtube. Most of the time it's probably gonna just sit there unless I have the time (which I don't).

One Living recommended me the UA65MU6100 (RM4.4K) also the LG 65UJ652T (RM4.6K) and to be frank I'll probably just choose the one with the cheaper pricing.
