The way i see it, if this 625 doesn't exist...this Mi A1 cud come with 660 soc with kryo core instead....thats why like i said 625 was a bummer...its marketing move perhaph...just imagines if A1 do come with 660...less ppl gonna get the more expansive pixel...

I am currently using the rn4 4gb ram type. Actually I didn't feel slow on this phone. Mayb I not play games. I don see diff in the that I have and now use by my son .

The good about rn4 for my case is I no longer need to care battery left how many %. Sometimes I even let the phone become hotspot . I hope A1 will be the same

Same. I'm hoping for 4100mah like their redmi and redmi note series. I don't mind the extra few mm thickness.

I'm still gonna get this though, assuming theres no competitor releasing similar bang to buck device this month. Can't go wrong with sd625, 4gb ram, 64gb storage, dual cam, usb type-c, microsd support, plus my personal favorite the stock Android, all for rm1k only.

To be honest xiaomi in budget line, for their phone processor specs all those remain as Snapdragon 6xx , why not put on Sd 800, for additional cost.

They won't add anything special to jeopardize their flagship or high end models. Like I've said earlier the most disappointing spec was the battery size. Other than that imagine we are getting cheap Google Nexus version! No more unwanted pre installed apps!

Xiaomi loves the Indian market. 12th September for their market and other countries may follow suit by the end of September. Their dual camera is their main focus for this variant and pure stock Android. On top of that buyers will be receiving Android Oreo before the end of this year first hand. No more MIUI! Pure Android!
