yeah, the lag spikes like..
right click my computer > properties = takes very SLOW to show up.

even browser folders with little files in it also same.

my World of warcraft also same..
lag spikes all the way.

i get 58+ fps around. and suddenly lag spikes. i get 12-15. then 58 again. then 17-18 again. it repeats.

I have a very old webcam from CREATIVE...and it doesnt work with VISTA...i put the installation CD into my inspiron 6400 and it does autoplay..but i cant click anything..there should be drivers there for me to install...and since its so old..driver support has been discontinued...i want to use it with my new lappie..is there anyway i can install the drivers into VISTA so that i can use this webcam?

i think you should call dell ASAP.
or try pressing Fn+F8, maybe ur unit got prob where it had changed to external monitor only?   (actually i highly doubt this oso)

if its XP, then goto Control Panel -> Power Options --> Hobernate --> enable hibernate.

If vista, then i'm sorry.. 

erm. i just noticed that my lcd screen on the notebook is slightly senget.
that means the casing is correct but the panel iside is slightly senget-ed.

the left part is lightly lower than the right side..

what should I do? call dell?
