Guys can I use my UMI quota if my credit expired
For example I subscribe UMI on 10th , so valid until 9th of next month
But my credit valid until 20th only
Can I use the quota from 21st to 9th ?

It used to be yes, but now still can? Long time no subscribe UMI already

Just called. They confirm cannot ..... policy changed on 13 Dec 2017 bangwall.gif bangwall.gif

But I asked via Facebook they gave me the complete opposite answer pulak, adoi .....

guys, currently im using prepaid and had rm70 balance in account, umobile suck in my area now, i want to change to other service provide any chance claiming the rm70?

unfortunately not, you have to use up your credit before porting out, or else it is burnt. one option is share the credit to another UM user.

As it mentioned free basic internet in Unlimited Power. Not high speed.

why umobile always no service.. sometimes hit LTE.. but speed is slow..

and always E eventhough my area is actually LTE..

restart phone and on off data also still same..

maybe this is the 2nd time using it and last..

My line worse, no webpage get loaded, no incoming and outgoing message for WA. What is wrong with umobile??

What do you meant by always E but actually LTE? LTE, HSDPA, E is not speed rating. It's the technology used to establish a connection.

Should be available. However, you still need to top up minimum RM10 after switching to Power plan to activate the free fast 1GB/month.
