anyone staying bandar puteri klang? seems coverage getting bad since few month back..

How does coverage get worse unless they shut down tower or reduce transmission power? Kindly enlighten me. I believe this is something so new that I only heard about network congestion in this case.

My LTE connection these few days so bad.. Drop to E almost across KL for some reason (Bukit Jalil and also Seputeh/Mid Valley).. Edge is almost unusable most of the case, cannot even load Waze routing service.. anyone experience the same?

Those at site border may have such issue as congested sites may need serve nearby users instead of border users..

That's not coverage get worse, that's insufficient tower concentration.

im using since 2012 seems ok here..but few month back always intermittent connection..i suspect might be congested too..sometime my signal full bar 3.5g and 4g oso cannot load fb..cannot utilize data after work from 5pm-12am..got extra GB but underutilized..

want to ask regarding porting out umobile procedure.

is it i need to clear the last month amount due? but there is advance payment of 1 month when the time register which they said used to offset bill when u terminate.

if i paid all amount due for the last month, how the advance payment refund?

Clear whatever is due and already billed to you. Best is to apply for port about 1+ weeks before new bill generated.

After port final bill will be generated with your deposit used to offset it. If they still owe you money need to visit U service center and give them your bank account details for refund (90 days).

Have to call and chase after that. I've experienced 5 months before. For small amount probably not worth to chase.

depend on ur cut-off. one of my mobile billing cycle start at 22nd. i terminated around 10th. i pay last month due then the advance payment will be refunded minus prorate from 22nd to 10th (18-19 days).

This morning wanna to redeem the Grab voucher, but claimed already "full redeem".
However just want to ask you all, normally the Tered Thursday free redeem is start on every Thursday 12am onwards?

I just feel like a bit cheating..

Waa. I thought can just call in ask transfer to my bank after terminated.

My cutoff 1st of the month. Which already cannot make it in time i guess.
So mean i need pay off next month bill in adv then port at end of this month (port need time, later billed in the meantime then reject me).
