want to ask regarding porting out umobile procedure.

is it i need to clear the last month amount due? but there is advance payment of 1 month when the time register which they said used to offset bill when u terminate.

if i paid all amount due for the last month, how the advance payment refund?

My cutoff 1st of the month. Which already cannot make it in time i guess.
So mean i need pay off next month bill in adv then port at end of this month (port need time, later billed in the meantime then reject me).

My friend and me getting the grab voucher this morning.
Both code different, his code fully used and mine ok.
I see the tnc, max 8k redemption first come first serve, it is not unique code.

Umobile binfinite card will cancel once service terminated? Or can continue use it.

Just did port out from umobile.
surprising, umobile called offered p99 at the price of rm89 monthly.

directly mnp process start within an hour.
u will not get sms confirmation anymore. happened to me.

The gx30 mean normal prepaid plan, like power prepaid get 1gb free.
Then the gx30 is rm30 to subcribe plan, additional 3gb hotspot + unlimited internet right?

Or it is different prepaid pack plan that need change of plan.
