After port final bill will be generated with your deposit used to offset it. If they still owe you money need to visit U service center and give them your bank account details for refund (90 days).

Have to call and chase after that. I've experienced 5 months before. For small amount probably not worth to chase.

depend on ur cut-off. one of my mobile billing cycle start at 22nd. i terminated around 10th. i pay last month due then the advance payment will be refunded minus prorate from 22nd to 10th (18-19 days).

Hi all, I had activated umobile IDD and roaming service for my RM28 per month package few months ago. However, when I went to Vietnam last week, it is totally out of service!!!

And I cant do lots of things because this. Anyone faced it before?

Anyone know how long does it takes to port out from umobile? Did not receive any sms from them yet but they called to say they are giving me rm10 rebate if i dont leave lol

I went to port in to X telco around 12pm, umobile called me at 5:30pm yet nothing happen lol. Guess I’ll have to wait till tomorrow.
