I've been experiencing slow connection at my office for almost a week now. Should I wait it out or complain to Umobile? They ask for speedtest result but if you've hardly have one bar how to do any speedtest?

how long does it take to port in to Umobile from DIGI?
I already replied Y to DIGI msg.. DIGI also sent me the port out confirmation msg... now dunno need to wait how long... |

Is it starting today fully refund for SST if top up starting today? I receive SMS only Thank you for top up and free IDD talktime.. That's simple. But did not show I top up how much inside the balance. |
