Did you actually try using the online form on this page?  If really cannot, then no choice, have to convert to prepaid, probably wait 30 days, then convert to this 38 promo.

I have successfully changed my plan to 38 4gb. I went to Digi Center and the staff helped me by changing my plan to 28 then change to 38 4gb. Hehe

Hey guys. I am currently on 38 plan with 2gb base quota and unlimited calls and free 1gb every day.

I have read that there is a new plan costs the same price but with 4gb base quota.

How do i change to that plan? Cause when i try to change plan online it says "you must choose a plan different than your current plan."
And when i try to call CS, they say they didn't have any plan like that...

I just been auto upgrade to this package (4GB Digi 38; not ambo) starting this cycle.
So, happy that its really fit my purpose.
