I was told that we could get a 2years waive on the maintenance fees upon VP. and I went to collect my original SPA copy today. There was no clause or terms stating something like this. Is this normal? Or the 2years waiving thing does not even exist in the first place?

Need to check with your agent and your booking forms etc. These sort of stuff won't be in the spa.

On the side note... road is done, security house with aircon is done and... last 3 stages to disburse! VP STAGES!

Just visited the site earlier when doing something nearby.

The barricade is taken down so can view easily. No access to the road yet though. There's a guard and some small items blocking the road.

The current main road access is blocked off - are they adding additional ramp+lane to cater the traffic flow into Foresta and Seresta?

IINM - there are, or were, signs on the lamp posts that point/guide to an alternative entry to Seresta/Foresta.

Damn nice the green facilities that is within the forest reserve itself. For those who love nature, this is true heaven (since its within your home itself). Don't need to leave your condo to enjoy the fresh air of the forest.
That's certainly the highlight of this development for me.
