not pic from side. pic from top.
ur saddle nose needs to be narrow.
the wings must be sculpted more.
susah nak cakap macam mana.
u open selle italia website, see road saddles.

u need something like Flite

Wah if this thin t-shape one also can cause chafing at the back of thigh, i don't know what kind of saddle could be of help...

Have you tried tilting the saddle forward down a little? Or move it half a cm to the back?

I haven't tried tilting nose down method yet.

Edit*
From I just read. :
To achieve a neutral weight balance between your saddle and hands, your saddle should be installed anywhere from level to 1-2 degrees nose up. This gets you sitting on the wider rear-part of the saddle and puts your upper body weight on your butt and not on your arms and shoulders.Sep 3, 2010

have u tried moving ur saddle back? maybe u been sitting too far back?
saddle tilt is about pressure on perineum

actually, the spine concept from fizik doesnt meet 100% requirement for any of us. some may need to experiment, try & error.

as for me, not all arione i can used.
the arione cx does gave me a pain after 100km, but arione r5 or r7 gave me comfort event though after 160km. the other arione model i never tried, becoz it was too expensive.

and sometimes, choosing the right and good bib/cycling pants do impact ur comfort. last time i used monton, when i used normal sized more pain for me. but if i down 1sized, it does comfort all day long ride.

IMHO,the best cheapest thing is to get good cycling pants. after that, u can invest on saddle. my friend using stock dahon saddle and can go audax 400km without any pain.

hmm... i think la, choosing good cycling shorts for these reasons
- better fabric. so that the padding will stay put and wont shift around. if it shifts around, then u gonna get chafing at nether region
- better moisture management. keep ur didi area stay dry.
- durability. i had affordable dhb and expensive spez. both gave me same comfort. but the dhb comfort started to degrade after around 1 year of use

saddles, cheap or expensive is secondary. first priority is to get the correct shape and fit. also to install it correctly on ur bike (in terms of bikefit).
my bottom happens to agree with cervelo's article. my bum got enough natural padding. my bum suits flat saddle.

i had 4 saddles before i reached the final one. 5th saddle, spez toupe.

I haven't moved yet since got the bike 4 years ago.
Did bike fitting that time.
Yes you could be right of me sometimes sitting to far back. I also felt it so.
When I saw that YouTube which I posted earlier, it got say that the Spez power arc saddle is more rounded and curve at the wings. More to address for ppl with the problem of chafing around the upper hind thighs. I thought I want to try that saddle.
I'll go to my lbs maybe do another bike fitting procedure, maybe my body geometry changed since the last 4 years. 😂... Maybe my thighs grow fatter over the years... 😂

Do make yourself at home 😊
We welcome humours of course and as well as your knowledge & experience sharing.
I got motivated from this thread and seeing bradder Azam ride his fb up frazers hills & Cameron & other cycling places. Before old fag like me only can do flat road biking but now I could cycle up hills & terrains. Although I'm still still in the infancy period.... Lol 😂

encouragement, cycling tips, from Azam and all you guys in this thread and other biking threads helped.
After all we are all cyclists, no matter what type of bike. The enthusiasm and encouragement help spice up motivation.

Credits also to Justin Loong 😀
