u can straighten the disc. lightly push/bend it.

go ace hardware find brakleen

if still noisy after cleaning, try sintered pads

i find my discs howl when i keep my bikes in storage for a while. i assume dust makes the discs howl. i clean them using IPA before i ride. bed them in first.
i also find my sram discs tend to howl quicker than shimano discs.

menyibuk sini kejap. kenot pakai la this one... i could bend down n touched my toes. used arione. long ride painful lah.
read cervelo's article about saddles choice. followed their advice. best decision ever.

hmm... i think la, choosing good cycling shorts for these reasons
- better fabric. so that the padding will stay put and wont shift around. if it shifts around, then u gonna get chafing at nether region
- better moisture management. keep ur didi area stay dry.
- durability. i had affordable dhb and expensive spez. both gave me same comfort. but the dhb comfort started to degrade after around 1 year of use

saddles, cheap or expensive is secondary. first priority is to get the correct shape and fit. also to install it correctly on ur bike (in terms of bikefit).
my bottom happens to agree with cervelo's article. my bum got enough natural padding. my bum suits flat saddle.

i had 4 saddles before i reached the final one. 5th saddle, spez toupe.
