QUOTE(Breaktru @ May 8 2007, 03:57 PM) aiya....what they meant of "reliable" is the signal la.....coz the other logitech keyboard (cant remember which one...)...loss signal after 15-20 minutes ......so...have to plug in back the transmitter/transceiver whatever they call it... Seems, as long as your KB is HID compliant(non bluetooth), 360 can use all wired/wireless keyboards.

QUOTE(ferricide @ May 8 2007, 03:55 PM) My model is the cordless mouse/keyboard combo that has the MX700 mouse... bought it 5yrs back, still serving me faithfully... You mean the MX Duo? Same as mine... works fine here, but i only use it occasionally, so not sure of any issues in long term. Need to dig up more info on the cordless thingie... |

QUOTE(mzaidi @ May 8 2007, 11:34 AM) Rumor: Dash update coming tomorrow So the update is supposed to come May 8, at 3am PST? That's roughly May 8, 6pm in Malaysia. Edit: May '07 Update News I just heard from the Dashboard team that we'll have to wait at least another day for the Dashboard update to be released. The update is not being released in the next 24-hours. That is all I know at this time, but I'll get more information tomorrow afternoon (PT) and I will update this post as needed. Thanks for your patience and understanding. Source QUOTE(Kernkraft400 @ May 8 2007, 02:19 PM) Thats good news if its coming today. We cant wait no longer. what i'm scared of they are rushing in to put some changes at the last minutes. and god know what will happen if there's a mistake along the line... maybe some bricked console...Probably, the main reason why they're not releasing the update on time is because of the Xtreme crew has released a new version for the samsung drives. So, they're acting on it. |

MS will never rush a quick patch without testing it first, so the delay most likely has nothing to do with the chip modders.
Anyway for the wireless keyboard front, let's put it this way, if your keyboard works in windows without needing any drivers, it'd most likely work on the 360 without any problems. |

Haha but its built in means I have to buy a new controller...i tot it would be an adapter kinda thing which plugs into the existing controller..
And is that thing even ergonomically designed?! |

You can detach it whenever you feel like it. So depends on how MS wanna sell this thing, with or without controller i guess...

You don't have to buy a new controller. It's attachable to the bottom of current controller. And is that thing even ergonomically designed?! The keypad when not attached to the controller.
