For the PR1MA, all units selling at same price. High floor low floor, whatever view all same.

i believe there are some units are bad located, some people may not like it..
for example near rubbish chute, near TNB room, top floor...etc

rental dropped 30% (or more) when changes tenants, I believe not all areas suffered the same fate....otherwise there wont be any BBB scenario jor......

I reckon values of newer properties drop further, especially those overpriced properties launched by developers few years ago (those launched at unrealistic future prices).

May I know why cyberjaya becoming busier and busier day by day? Where are the people come from? Getting more cars on the road, Dpulze like usual full with people.. if prima/slgrku house complete it will be traffic jam in cyber soon, looks like need to go down to more south?

I feel like driving at Karak Highway everyday after 7pm above, 9pm above all the road like my father road already, no care about the traffic light etc.

Like today & tomm also can become King of Cyberjaya, u can drive whatever u like.

Accident happen just few weeks ago, create damn massive traffic jam, just few meter only,

I dunno where the car is, maybe they drive flying car.

When a town is too quite at night....not many cars on the road....drivers tend to ignore traffic rules.
