Yesterday I’ve been to pemilihan unit for prima lakefront to teman my friend. So many people. Before 1pm only left about 20 units to go. Queue was still long. That was my second time been to pemilihan unit for prima cyberjaya.

Don’t tell me not many people interested in Cyberjaya. I believe demand is still there. Just not many people can afford to buy overprice property due to greedy developers and investors. Affordable homes can bring more locals to cj.

And the greedy investors who bought the overpriced properties will stand to lose the most anyway. How come yesterday only the pemilihan for lakefront prima? I thought it was a couple of weeks ago. Second wave?

I agree with you, with 2000 unit allocate for that project, maybe 100 times invite people to buy the house there, which is all the good unit they hold and ask for extra money.

40 storey tower which is also the tallest building in cyberjaya.
