Putrajaya is Federal Territory

i find that Cyberjaya is good for own-stay NOT for investment.

if it is owned by bumi...chinese cannot buy it even it is strata titlee freehold..thats why u can see auction or subsales units sometimes u will ask Why so cheap...smile.gif cyber ll not be a goreng place for bumi (or massive bumi demographic owner) as the pie is for chinese thanks to this restriction but those who are bumi to buy into cyberjaya ll be real for ownstay for sure due to this restrction..thats u can see our famous bumi guru never promote cyber as bbb for his group of students..smile.gif. Well, I bought Cyberjaya prop just for own stay..aka the lifestyle I prefer to live

When comes to investing for Appreciation of assets , I prefer another option whereby it is still " property linked" per se , but could appreciate about 50% in a year time..of course same as any other investments ..there will be risk involved, and I am prepared to take the risk.

I heard can transfer... Some said need to pay back some amount, which I don't know how they determine the amount whether it's the discounted amount or selling price %.

And there r transactions that transferred from bumi to non bumi.

Good morning CJs

i still prefer CJ not to be so well developed or at a fast rate. The reason is that i saw most housing estate which are booming n have fast development, it became too congested which made it unlivable to stay. Many residents moved away by selling their properties at high prices.

As for CJ, those who can afford to buy landed properties, can buy for staying. But must hunt for reputable developers who can offer GnG, landscaping n club house for high living. Those who want to buy condos to stay must also choose good developers.

As for those who buy for rental income, have to study the market n do own research n find ways to rent out without using conventional or old-fashion methods. Have to think like the 5% people.

avoid reading too much data, figures n facts printed out or published. This is called 'noises'. Even in exams, we are students b4 to study smartly to pass n get distinction.

Enjoy your stay or investment in CJ.
