Yup.
But i guess is a mistake to allow the unit to drop to this pricing. May attract many bidders and price will end up above 200k in the end.
Smart bidder should just enter and take it at 190k. Winning unchallenged.

perhaps subsale now its harder to get original price or close to original price, given that cybersouth already more than 500k. but I very doubt that their price has surged past 1mil as of today.

Laurel u got some restriction for that interlot unit
.i meet the sales agent before. Cant sale back at certain time..accept for the corner unit..which is +- 1m today
