dun compared those strata titles like SEG, SH, Serin, Ceria or even Lake Front or LPR.

am not sure MS one can get below 1mil or not, given that their SMDs around 1.4mil.

Your generation has passed. I want smell of new paint. U can laugh all u want to think that I’m naive. As said earlier, it’s a matter of preference. At least my taman now is built by well known developer, with tight security and green. U gain some u lose some. U simply can’t get the best of both worlds. Unless u pay for it.

thanks for yr input. sorry really cant remember the name already. it was launched like 5xxk. whether public can access to these 5xxk units, am not sure.

perhaps subsale now its harder to get original price or close to original price, given that cybersouth already more than 500k. but I very doubt that their price has surged past 1mil as of today.
