Mirage By The Lake also with more than 10 units, just slightly miss out.

Good price. But do your own research.

It's landed, but I think future phase has high rise too. Just opposite of Laman View and show house looks ready.

Now they open for landed, starting 755k for Bumi and non Bumi 811k for 3 storey house (22X70) after discount. Good deal?

Wah cheap. Same land size 2 storey by laman view was just shy of 700k previously, does this make this 3 storey very worth it?

Maple residence selling around 800k too. Mulia built up around 2100sf only, thinking to get a unit hmm.gif

Bumi nett price 755k sold out..waiting list also long q...they will open phase 1B soonest..slightly bigger (2400sqft) and nett price is 839k (bumi)

basicly cash required 5k for booking and everything loan.

strata title...phase 2 (same design) maybe lunch end this year. apartment (phase3) later.

location infront maple..

even terrace house. you will have mini garden at side just like semi D house. considering low cash required and price below 1m should be good deal.
