dun compared those strata titles like SEG, SH, Serin, Ceria or even Lake Front or LPR.

am not sure MS one can get below 1mil or not, given that their SMDs around 1.4mil.

I was from MMU and I find Cyberjaya a great place to live... in Malaysia at least, currently kuli in Singapore.

Really wonder how low can it go, coz I foresee myself moving back to Cyber when I hit 30.

So much things said to be coming, but not much materialised. Why waste money, time and opportunities in Cyberjaya when other places have better potential?

Like outskirts of Shah Alam, Puncak Alam, Semenyih, Sepang? No thanks.

Why look at those places when you can get the same price at Damansara or proper KL itself? Buying outside KL does not mean you can get cheaper unit, let alone better potential ones.

to obsessed with name of "cyberjaya"...maybe look too promising and modern but in fact there a lot location with "comman" name give a lot of potential in term of living or investment. trust me....

Don’t know about you but I fancy landed property more. It’s a matter of preference. Can’t afford landed in those areas u mentioned.

Damansara jaya 2s and TTDI 1s both were selling under 1mil before. BUT of course I hear ppl will say, cannot lah, need to spend xxk or xxxk in reno bla bla bla,,,,,,,,

Your generation has passed. I want smell of new paint. U can laugh all u want to think that I’m naive. As said earlier, it’s a matter of preference. At least my taman now is built by well known developer, with tight security and green. U gain some u lose some. U simply can’t get the best of both worlds. Unless u pay for it.
