There are many potential and prospect in this country, whether it is realistic, practical or could be realized is another matter e.g. msc.

Most of cbj infrastructure was planned and built 20 years ago, not something new without track record.

I do not think these gurus... Has ball to buy multiple property with multiple loans under their own name.. even if they do it, it is on the expenses of their JV partners where loan is applied under their names. So called utilising their jv partner ltv90 quota. the JV partners may not has idea what they got themselves into

Wow unit under grr also burnt. Block A B C fully operated by a management agency for LKW student hostel currently. Not sure the exact amount how much is the grr but owner didnt pay the bank.

So I'm guessing, if no takers now..
Next level drop to 200k level like that.

you can pick & choose later which project u wanna buy.
