85 trips this week.. got sms to confirm being ambassador.. is it worth it? Total gross income rm1k+ per week, rm2k+ per week is no more nowadays.. huhu..

that's why you don't get 2k.... be more selective during UP,MP hours. you got 85% AR.... use it to your advantage.

1159pm trip he cancel, at least not too bad for your incentive.
I had similar case like you this Friday, before reach, call call and chat, long long time then only pick up and answer rudely. reach there, say I'm here, no respond. look look, send chat, still no response (no double tick), immediately cancel. then later report to CS. don't waste more then 5 mins with riders. even then the time wasted to go there already cost me one ride during incentive hour.
PS: please report anyway to CS, use the feedback form, we need to weed these kind of riders out.

Can Grab make the announcement on the issue on b2b and stop pushing the blame to the driver, ytd i made 15 trips, 4 trips cancelled by rider, 2 trips cancelled by me due to customer no show.

That 4 trips is cancelled because customer cannot wait even i switch on b2b when i'm near (1km distance), it has been 3 weeks Grab couldn't solve this simple issue and yet no announcement made. On the other hand suspend driver due to this issue.

Yesterday this customer is really piss off, picked up at One South City Plaze heading to Aeon Bukit Raja, fare RM42, 2 indonesian passenger on board, asking me detour to serdang billion and drop his friend, i politely asked him to cancelled by ordering multistop or ask that friend go order his own, his friend went off and left one on board, confirm with the passenger location and he says is bukit raja, his friend tag because is near the Aeon Bukit Raja, so i was thinking ok and proceed since it might be nearby there.

I was dead wrong the moment reached there, stating not here bla bla bla, arguing start and he don't even know his friend location, asking which hospital name, landmark also cannot spell out, i asked him to get down at Aeon Bukit Raja and ask your friend to pick him. He still don't want to get down, ok after talking with his friend through phone for 10min and only get to know his location is at SIME DARBY BUKIT RAJA area, behind the columbia hospital industrial area. It was 8km away and i asked him to top up RM8 to make it RM50 fare, the toll is RM5, so total is RM55, he agreed with the fare. When reached there, he just give me RM50, still short of RM5 and he say no money left, i was like ok i'll report to Grab after this, no point arguing with passenger to protect myself. Amend the fare to RM45, toll RM5 and total RM50.

Called up Grab to make notification about cancellation, then touch this RM5 shortage issue, they couldn't reimburse me because i've amended to RM50 and not RM55, nothing much they can do except doing report and re-educate customer (lame excuse) and forward to other department. I've asked them to check on the GPS and i'm not telling lie about it.

This job started at 9.40pm, reached Aeon bukit Raja 10.20pm, ding dong here and there 25min, 10.53pm got one job incoming, thought this job can save my ass for the 10pm incentive block, reached there no response either by call/sms/message. 6min passed and it was 11pm, the moment i call CS this rider only call back, saying his phone shut down, spoil bla bla bla reason. I scolded him off by saying i'm waiting here like an idiot for 5min without response and nobody was seen.

The lesson here is, when u see it is 3rd party booking and tag wrong drop off location, ask them to leave to avoid problem, a lot rider account suspended and they resort to use their friend account to book nowadays, even mapren also same. With the surcharge, it is really hard to re-quote fare and make them agree, they can just spin and saying driver cheating them.

pity you, you never know when you're gonna get a problem ride. perhaps it's like sixth sense, if you sense trouble just cancel.
I also nowadays scared when getting third party booking. I start to check now if incoming phone call, whether the number match the app call number, if no match my shield go up as I know this third party booking must keep on short leash.
otoh sometimes it's understandable third party, eg they call for parents or hotel call for guests. most of the time these cases will tell you up front it's third party.

what to do if customer refuse to get down when you ask them to leave? like your case, how would you have forced him out? maybe call CS in front of him? or say you will call police?


also yesterday was my first and last time doing job at serdang raya area, too many low quality riders. only reason I try there is because I thought can get Sea games business.

After almost 2 mont busy, smalam i drive. Alot big fare. Only 2-3 is short n use promo code. But got one time I accept the job but suddenly wait n wait trud grab lock my apps (idle mode), and fuk my AR drop! But 1-2 min later become normal sgain. Weird apps.

Call Grab about this issue, i facing that because some people using the glitch to make his AR maintain, in return your apps will not show anything. Until now Grab still cannot identify where is their loophole doh.gif
