nowadays really fed up being a ambassador.
incentive is getting lessor as fare is generally higher.
AR not easy to maintain.

saw another shared out offer being a flexi, 39 trips in 3 days then 20% comm is waived.

flexi driver benefit is better than ambassador as somemore no stress to drive ...

Ya b2b really stress. Lots of cancellation. Best is to go back online before dropoff. Doesn't affect incentive. Tried it for last week. I can park nearby and chill a bit while waiting for the next ping. We just have to be careful not to game the dropoff especially when we get 4 rides on the hour block lol.

Their promo makes its a for a very fruitful Friday. thumbup.gif

Yes, it is still fucked. This driver is just unlucky, he didnt turn off the b2b and clearly it is not 8 minutes. This grab gaming both driver and rider.

Things have changed. Ambassador used to have nice perks. But grab cant sustain like that. I guess they want drivers to be flexi.

I'm doing flexi now but received a lot of promo code ping,end up driving for 4 hours get 80++ gross but cash in hand only 20++nett,feel like cant earn much

bad experience yesterday when I go into kl area. Encounter 2 fuckup passenger.
Now dax and pax rate is 29%.
Dax also about 12%

Today have to do 6 trips that cannot manual cancel to lower down dax.
Yet only allow ignore 2 times...

Just for that guli incentive that may also will get suspend next week by grab again cause of high pax cancellation.

yesterday evening rush hour better to do flexi style, 10km trip at least rm20 to rm30.

That 2 passengers make I only dId one trip per MP hours. Waste phone call n petrol find them but can't get.
And this week I do less trip and when enter kl area lot cancellation.

Imagine accepting less than 20 trips per week yet got 6 to 7 cancellations including I cancel myself

One other way is there is just simply no way to penalize no show riders. Sure, there is a no show options but it will always come back to us. Call never pick up then call straight go into voicemail. I have 10% allowance for myself but the 20% at most times I cannot control.

So when I was in KL last week and I forget to go offline, I will get a b2b which is nearby just after a few seconds in. The first trip needs about 15 minutes. Imagine need 15 minutes to drop off then another 15 minutes to come back like seriously Wtf. Sure rider complaint but it is on us.

I have no choice but to choose not to accept. It seems like Grab is gaming the driver, so they can suspend us and then reinstate us back at 25% comm?

The passenger put wrong pickup point, never mInd, I go to the place he state. That time jam, go up to hotel need queue for scan somemore. When about to arrive the hotel lobby, the fxker cancel. I straight call him n tell he is very rude cancel since I waste time to reach his hotel.
Wtf. I call CS then to release my frustration.

Today accepted 9 trips, 3 trips get cancelled by Pax.
How to recover the pax cancellation as I dont drive now

Similar to my case, when I almost reach passenger cancel. But after that, ping came in from same person. Apparently I'm the only driver in tat area, and the fare become cheaper by RM1
