Call customer first, ask nicely whether they ok with extra charge or not? If they not OK, then ask them to cancel lo. If they don't want then no choice lo, u have to cancel. That's the gamble u take when accepting outstation jobs.

If they agree to pay extra then it's another gamble. Do u want Grab to take commission or cancel the job then go pick up customer? Later Grab catch u gaming the system.

I will never do outstation trip again. 1/100 (ballpark figure) chance only you will get customer who is willing to pay extra. Or they will just give you enough to cover the cost of your return trip. So return trip you gain nothing. Most customers will argue with you, you should follow the price in the app. Then you pening.

The best story I heard so far is from a Grab driver who picked me up at KLIA. He kena a rich Arab, ask him take him go Genting, when they reach there only found out the theme park is closed, so just leave and ask the driver fetch him to Cameron Highlands. At Cameron, just take a few pictures then cabut back to KL. I forgot how much he earned for that day, but it's in the range of 600-1000.

Went to different port. 6 hours - 2,3,0,3,3,3. Gross RM200. 6pm block makan telur because the last job for 5pm block took more than 40 minutes to complete because jam and had a little trouble finding the rider. After dropoff that rider I cabut back to my port, but no pings for the remaining few minutes before 7pm.

Is GrabShare a "reward" that Grab gives to senior drivers? For my first 2 months didn't get any GrabShare job, then suddenly the last 2 driving days, I get GS job.

But today's GS job not bad la.. Pickup 1st customer, RM11. After moving a few hundred meters, got a match, and the ping is from where I picked up the 1st rider. Luckily still can make a quick u-turn. 2nd rider also RM11. Final dropoff is just a few km from the 1st dropoff. Not bad. If every GS job can be like this, it will be good. But if during lousy incentive hour, and no match, how to do?

After end shift, try to find rider on the way home, only got a short 2km job. Some more this rider put the wrong location. I really wanted to just wait at the location for 5 minutes and cancel and get the cancellation fee, but decided to gamble and see whether the fare was more than the cancellation fee? So called the rider and the actual pickup location was very nearby. But I gambled and lost. Net fare RM2 only. Cancellation fee minus commission would be RM3.75.

Pumped petrol RM40. Alamak...

They learned from Proton? I thought all this while they just copy Daihatsu models... Finally last year only design their own Bezza... But that's just Axia with a boot (according to moosekaka)...

I feel like they oversell their high tech features... At first reported that the car will auto brake if you are too near the front car, then it was reported that this feature only works at low speeds of less than 30km/h.

And let's see if can really get 20km/l. After seeing Bezza owners saying they only get 13km/l, I'm really skeptical.
