It would be the future of grab , which was current uber , afterall a business was for profit , if they can't earn money what fame also no use , maybe no one want to buy data from them anymore haha
I am tired for that day
Rating no up even passenger rate infront of me How many hour you guys drive for those over 1k incentiveAnd your total fare ( + incentive ) was how much a month
Now I see the important of ar at mp block , but
peak block seem not worth driving? Even passenger told me to work smart , of course if P block can help alot on up/mp and after all average rm20 earning then ok , which was those pro doing , just don't know how haha
I don't mind driving 10hour to achieve earning rm200/gross400 per day
The problem was if driving 10hour a day yet can't get rm200 then zzz
Again KLANG driver all go where?
Not one of those >1k incentive type, but I'm pretty sure I spend less time on road too.
Last week gross fare collected 820, gross incentive almost 490. Hours spent driving passengers , 31hrs (I'm conservative, if passenger get at 858pm and drop off 915 pm I also count that 15 mins from 9pm). I believe those like AP and
WhiteWing mention before they average <12 hours a day, so minimum you can expect ~60hrs driving to get >1k incentive. Next week completely different story already

.
I think your margin of 50% cost is too conservative. Last month I collected fare ~$3800, incentive ~$1700, petrol cost ~$750. So just 20% commission and fuel cost add up to ~30%. Ofc depend on your car, mine is axia. And mileage for that month is also roughly 3800km, I find I always can estimate my mileage for that day just by looking at the collected fare for that day (~$1/km).
If you want to add in maintenance....then it is never ending, what about depreciation cost etc? After all unless you are driving >5000km+ a month your mileage is also comparable to some people who just commute to work, say from Klang to KL.
P block is to build up/repair your AR. Especially from next week you're gonna need it otherwise you will never have any room to reject jobs during the HP/UP/MP block...better adjust your mindset. Bonus is that during P block, traffic is less, so you can try to complete
more then 4 jobs an hour. Dont think of it as rugi but think of it as giving you ammo to optimize your HP blocks later.
NO need to worry so much about your rating as long as >4.7. Once you have more then >100 people ratings, you will find your rating can fluctuate even lower for while. First two months even without any passenger openly complain, my rating went to as low as 4.76. Now after 650+ ratings 4.90. The biggest factor I find whether customer give you 5 star or not is if you appear to know what you are doing. Which means picking them up/dropping them off quickly, avoiding jams if you can help it and communicating well with them if traffic is bad. Getting lost and pusing pusing, appear unfamiliar with the route or GPS, some passengers will notice and deduct * accordingly.
PS: I want to tendang you after reading about you rejecting that 6AM trip to KL for $74...you know jam cannot be that bad at that time, traffic get heavy 7am + onwards. And then with UP at 7am even one job you complete in KL, the gross $100 for 6-8am already.
