There is how CS work and they training keep on say sorry about the issue happen to you. Sorry is the only keyword they learn.

I will going to GRAB in the morning to query.

yup I posted about it here before....CS called me ask if customer left wallet... I find it and return it that night.... next day grab called me but I didn't have my phone with me. straight suspend... didn't even left a voicemail...

Another Grabshare rant...
Morning 8am rush hour, non stop GS ping, so took one GS job. On the way get a match...would have been 4th job for that hour, location and dropoff quite on the way also.
CBK 2nd GS match cancelled, expected as it was a student want to go HELP subang.

So these fvkers order GS but the second they kena match cancelled....Propose and highlight to teh tarik that such riders should not be allowed to order GS again (if they cancel when matched) for at least an hour. Can put that warning also about cool down period when they press the cancel button whistling.gif

After all, if Grab punishes drivers for gaming the system, these riders are also effectively gaming GS.

Nowadays i find it is much better since Grab refine their GS route, even RM7 GS job also kena match. A lot of this rider taking opportunity to occupy the whole car and cancel as they like, but they do not know it will create surcharge even higher laugh.gif

My friend did that on thursday night where rampant of promo code in damansara perdana area and create 100-150% surcharge, end up he earned total close to RM100 GS job for 1.5 hrs period.

at night on weekdays that place easier to find parking, nearer to the mosque.
they refine their GS routing but not their B2B matching algorithm...
anyway complained to CS d about this particular cancellation... just add another data point for them.

So far I have been practicing the maintain AR >85% on daily basis as full timer. But I wonder now with daily refresh, whether this will affect the pattern I see of always receiving high fares during the last 15mins of the hour....maybe with daily refresh the distribution of jobs will become more random? goodboy92 need to analyze...

Actually I have another question... for us existing GA ...do we need to opt in again to be considered as GA under the new scheme? Seems the wording in the last paragraph is ambiguous:

Existing drivers (before 14 August 2017) will continue to have 20% commission rate but if you do not opt-in for the Grab Ambassador Programme, your commision rate will be changed to 25%.

PS: just filled the opt in form again....they do ask you do confirm whether you want 20% or 25%, hourly or flexi style. So best to re-opt in again.

Dont late press...last week I was in the GRab office, heard from a few account suspended and incentive forfeit because they late press drop off.

Lately I noticed always getting long trips during the last 15-20 minutes of the hour...too many GA rejecting these trips for short trips I guess.

That wording "you must be online AND available for jobs to be eligible for hourly guarantees" has been the same in the T&C since long as I can remember...not just now. Still no guarantee, only can try one week and find out.

Daily update of DR would be senseless....again a lot of fine print and details are still unknown...usual for Grab. Only way to know for sure is during the first week they implement, luckily we will find out SOON I guess. Also probably will have some fine tuning after a while since this is a BIG change to the incentive structure (I laughed when I saw the " we will be making slight changes to the incentive structure ").

I think in the end, most drivers will find they will have to target less incentive and lower overall earning, hardest hit will be the super incentive players (those 1:>1 fare to incentive ratio type)...as they cannot simply pick and choose to ignore long jobs anymore. Also to play safe, most will simply offline once their AR and CR approaches the danger zone. Bonus is I guess from 11pm fares and rides will be super cheap and plentiful biggrin.gif

Initially surge also no use....they will just resort to using GS. maybe after getting matched a few times and then getting suspended for cancelling, behavior will change. I spoke to one indo rider scared to cancel already because his account kena suspend/blocked for one day for cancelling too many times before. IN his case thought today kesian him cause the driver ASKED him to cancel.
