QUOTE(Goodboy92 @ Oct 9 2017, 12:17 AM) not sure , but maybe they include wrong drop off point I think if your daily gross fare+incentive is only rm400 for 500km driving, then something is definitely wrong.can't find almera schedule - myvi for now ( i drive perodua ) Expected millage 10,000 per month total maintenance = around 3,000 / 10 = rm300 if maintenance outside = around 1500 / 10 = rm150 ( from http://www.perodua.com.my/service-maintenance ) tyre 50,000km 1 set = rm600 / 5 = rm120 brake 100,000km = rm150 / 10 = rm15 absorber 100,000km = rm150 / 10 = rm15 petrol 14km/l = 714L x 2.20 = rm1570 car wash = rm40 others ( mounting etc i dont know ) = rm15 total for 10,000km = 2,075 / 1,925 < maintainence outside per day 500km = rm103.75 / 96.25 per day earning = rm400 x 80% - rm103.75/96.25 = 216.25/223.75 < around 55% ( a 50% earning from gross were not alot(calculation) , a 60% were reasonable( for axia/bezza 1.0 ) , but depend on car , this was just myvi ) ( risking using recycle oil and for such heavy usage your car very fast gone ) ( not include depreciation of car yet , quarter of installment , if rm400 = rm100 ) Correct me if i am wrong. i think 50% were right for what we earning. maybe some dint drive up to 50km per hour / 500km per day. 1. drive axia/bezza 1.0 2. service outside 3. lower per hour km / pro incentive people 4. ?? This post were to find out how much % we earn from gross ( i think above calculation were below average , should be more than that ) This post has been edited by S3phiroth: Oct 9 2017, 12:40 AM |

QUOTE(Goodboy92 @ Oct 9 2017, 12:45 AM) edited my post . Assuming you collect average fare of rm1.1 per km, then you will collect about rm330 for 300km, which means your incentive is just rm70 in your example. This is definitely not making sense right? why spend all the trouble complying the HG requirement for such a low incentive to fare ratio? IMHO, u over estimated the traveling distance.even 300km per day also earn around 65% and i think that was MAX most people should be around 45% - 55% not everyone can nett rm40 per hour + my calculation for item were not much at all ( some should be much more expensive ) Anyway this is just my math point of view. Should let other experienced incentive hunters tell their average traveling distance. QUOTE(starex80 @ Oct 10 2017, 06:28 PM) i am thinking they dont put logic to check if you are incentive driver or flexi driver. I am a flexi drivers too. I just noticed 2 of my RM3 jobs are not entitled for minimum fare guarantee. Do you have the same problem?in flexi driver view, the AR is correct as it refresh weekly. so yesterday % should appear. but it become wrong for incentive driver as we think it should set to 0% daily but it didnt. |

QUOTE(JimbeamofNRT @ Oct 10 2017, 06:35 PM) Lack of appreciation. the correct word. Indeed.Last few weeks I took 3 Bangladeshi to KL from Kg Jalan Kebun, around 9AM something, and then the one who booked me thank me non stop for accepting his ping.He said he booked many times for almost one hour kana cancel every time. Damn kesian. Almost reaching the destination he asked me to stop at the Petronas for a while, he said need to buy breakfast, end up buy me a can of nescafe and bread too. I tell you lah, these foreigners sometimes much better than some yuppies/college punks who constantly always late and think we owe them a living |

QUOTE(yhtan @ Oct 10 2017, 10:38 PM) Last time flexi driver has this benefit Is it confirm no more extra mile incentive or just a mistake? For above 2km pick up distance, Grab will reimburse RM1 for every 2km. Just now i read back the blog, this benefit is gone. No wonder flexi driver mogok. QUOTE(yhtan @ Oct 10 2017, 10:45 PM) All this higher management focus on operation, strategy and decision making only. What really kanasai is they book GS instead of normal GC. celaka want fast fast then dont book GSlah!Only a handful of Driver Relation Department staff require to drive on working hours. I can tell u useless one, ask them to drive on morning before work and see, a lot of kanasai customer ask u drive fast fast to office/school/college. QUOTE(Kelifu @ Oct 11 2017, 12:03 AM) How you all handle the belonging that customer left behind inside car? First time encounter customer left a small bag in my car, I realize it after i drop off the customer at Pantai hospital. Why not you tell her u will charge her according to the Grab app from wherever u are before delivery? I did that the last time my rider left his hp in my car. Tak mau bayar then ask her to go grab office collect sendiri. After 1hr+ CS called to confirm is it a beg been left inside car, then the customer call me also after that.. That time i at SS2 already.. She ask me pass her back the bag 8am at Pantai. I told her I cant, I got full time job cant simply out.. Then she how how how, end up I get her house address, then deliver to her from SS2 to SUBANG JAYA. Actually I tot she will gv me some tips deliver back the bag on 9pm just now, appreciation? But she didn't, tq & bye... Most importantly is.. The fare I pick her request is 3RINGGIT MALAYSIA. end of the day I feel like, hmmm again sozai work, my incentive for that hours back to petrol for the routine go and back home..🏠This post has been edited by S3phiroth: Oct 11 2017, 12:27 AM |

QUOTE(yhtan @ Oct 11 2017, 12:20 AM) I read the blog and it did not mention the extra mile incentive for flexi anymore. Speak from your experience (and other sifu as well), is GS really profitable because it is 30% cheaper.GS is really useful when really high surge, especially 150% above. btw i just got a reply from CS confirming no more extra mile bonus for pickup over 2km. QUOTE(moosekaka @ Oct 29 2017, 10:39 PM) I more worried if grabcar Plus excluded from getting GrabShare ping....then us local car drivers lagi jialat flooded with GS pings #crynotears Nothing much to lose if u are an incentive player, right? At the end the sum of the fare and incentive remains the same. This is same for garbcar+ too. You gain nothing if u are playing incentive unless grabcar+ has a higher incentive structure. |

Now I think gc+ incentive driver could benefit the most because whenever there is a >rm5 promo, riders will have priority to order gc+ if their trip is <4km. Afterall, it is still free even extra 20% fare for gc+. If i were a rider, pretty sure i will order gc+ for these extreme short trip unless no gc+ nearby.
This means gc+ driver may have higher tendency to get short trip ping while GC eco drivers may get more long trips compare to last time. Anyway, just my 2cents. |
