B2b Ping came in-> acceptance notification-> screen switch for a split second -> nothing -> Lock screen -> AR dropped

Well, been maintaining 4.96-4.97 for months and dropped to 4.88 in a single week.

Most likely not, there are only 1 Grab Driver apps from Playstore. Maybe Grab Penang accidentally released the msg not intended for us.

Picked up riders at 8.02pm, reached destination 9.55pm due to the standstill traffic congestion + closed roads. 1 UP and 1 HP gone.

Got. For African (including African Americans), most are nice, and I always got the state football players. Might have to wait for 3-5 minutes but I kinda understand. A friendly and respectful bunch.
Studied with a bunch of Bostwanian in Uni so might have some biased opinions. All came down to which African country they are from.

Well, for Arabian, my experience with them ain't that good. The good ones were great riders, but only 1 out of 5. Rude, ultra huge luggage (used up all the luggage space of Almera), treat you like his personal chauffeur, etc etc.

Ooo... Noted. But for sure if in any way I know they are Nigerian, I would not ever take them, even the other African hates them.

Funny thing about this place is the RM1 entrance fee for Uber/Grab car. Not sure if it's the management or the dumb security company policy.

So far both local and mapren riders paid for it. An old Chinese aunty with trouble walking (actually, it's a hike for the further blocks) actually shouted at them.
Some will leave a note saying they wait outside, which is another shitty shit place to wait.

Balik Pulau Poly/sports complex really bad for petrol, and most time from there I get a request to Relau/Air Item, yet another hill road. Every time I went there can see petrol went down few bars.
Be extra careful driving those routes at night, twice there were fallen trees after sharp corners.
