Manufactured in 2011 – 2017
Must be sedan with 1500cc and above
Minimum boot space of 400 litres
No pickup truck/ van
Maintain minimum rating of 4.85 star
No excessive cancellations/ disciplinary issues
Need to complete 30 trips on Economy first
Currently available in Grab Klang Valley and Johor Bahru

Today went Grab Penang office to change my vehicle. Provided all the required documents, and they got the registration number wrong, found out when I open my driver apps.

XXF XXXX became XXE XXXX. How could this happen? Haihz. Seems have to go back for the 3rd time if the in-app help center is too slow.

And confirmed that you can only have 1 car registered for now, unlike Uber where you can add more vehicles and choose according to your mood (If not mistaken).
