That's the issue. Past 3 days keep getting long distance pick up. 7.2KM for RM5 fare, I actually don't mind until I turn on the map, 25 minutes to pick up due to traffic congestion.
Then Monday again, medium distance (4KM+) request came one after another with 25 minutes + drive due to congestion.
Worst yet, yesterday after long distance Penang airport trip, got one request 4KM from airport, called and ask if I can stop for petrol first (flashing 2 minutes after accepted), she seems confused and mumbling something, call again x 3 don't answer. Not gonna risk it and canceled it. CR damn bad now.

Ah, that's too bad. Happen to Penang too? Peak hour getting the requests from Air Itam, Paya Terubong which is 7KM is no fun. Felt like a personal attack by the system. Accepted one due to the long restaurant names and can't see the exact location.


Btw, any honest review on the Eagle i CVR’s EG-6 Dashcam? They giving promo @ RM66, but sold out yesterday. Last checked just now already restocked.

What JimbeamofNRT said is possible. I remember reading it at the FAQ for drivers. Something about fraudulent booking. Last few digits tell you the number of bookings the passenger has made.

Was bad last night, I was stuck in Relau for a trip to BJ complex. Managed to find a safe route there after many attempts, but arrived like 1.5 hours later.

Today morning, most areas ok already. Just problem with fallen trees, specially Tanjung Bungah - Bt Ferringgi road.

Funny thing, every month I report this issue, actually just 2 days ago reported another. And the report and mail just went MIA, no reply whatsoever.

Yah, the long-distance pickup point B2B, but good thing 0 commission. But got airport trip from Air Item and the Paya Terubong road is closed, extra 6KM + massive jam.

Exactly. I even let them know my exact location and estimate minute when these happen, just have to filter out the drivers in my radius.
