I also thought phone issue, switch from maxis to digi also same. Called cs they say technical error, don't know how long to resolve. Now even can't call through hotline

I tot im the only one suddenly offline.Cilaka crabcar server down during peak hour..good job to cut incentive payout
They will feel the pain in ass when the passenger tiu them for unavailable during peak hours. I think they disable phone call in for the moment haha. Sure all spam them |

This afternoon b2b 3 times at one menerung... luckily all drop offs were not so far away. next rider just a had to wait less than 10 mins. sent message to inform them need a few minutes for the pick up and they reply with ok. just one didn't reply and called her when I reached there also no answer. waited a while then put "no show" to cancell the trip. the rider must be angry and called uber already.

My driver's app suddenly couldn't log in and keep on show "no network" as of now. Tried to reinstall but it was still the same. Any advise from you guys?
