when will the update on the driver's rating show up? the next day i know its a daily refresh and based on the last 100 trips just started to drive with GC and suddenly my rating already 4.62 gila sohai

And the DR really fucked up, ended last week with 4.95, now dropped to 4.85! Really no mood...

I remember on 9pm i completed 32 jobs cancelled 9 ignored 10,

which mean no more bullets alrdy

but i check inside incentive AR still show 86%+ (can reject 1 more)

In the end just offline.. after 10 hours drive gross fare 200, incentive 250.

dont want risk anymore, this morning open check yesterday actually AR left 83%

From ara damansara going to one utama is very near but the traffic light right in front tropicana golf club always caused jam after working hour. So i took the most left lane(no cars but the other two lanes heavily jam) i told the police guard we are going to golf club,  went in with a pass make a u turn skip all the jam,  upon exit the police shows me bo syiok look.  Lol

@willemng i drive perodua bezza , you also know how your car goes when driving for grab , recommend buy a safe car
( persona , iriz , bezza , preve , city , jazz , brv )

but recommend economic and quality - ( bezza , city , jazz , / new myvi )

recommend lower down the overall cost - ( bezza , new myvi )

2nd value - Jazz 80k - 40k = lose 40k

2nd value - Perodua 40k - 20k = lose 20k

Between , being thinking of axia e spec ( lowest cost ) , then think manual not suit for long hour + jam ( how you guys drive manual  ) , then think of safety , goes bezza 1.0 , go test drive new unit , the steering rattle like lorry on low speed ( due to new / 1.0 cycle ) , then choose 1.3 , not bad and not good just a normal perodua car , value for money but not suitable for long trip ( the rear seat too straight ). FC were consider good.

Recommend you wait new myvi ( November launch ) - current myvi better than bezza too , just i consider safety thus choose bezza.
( current myvi discount alot - around 45k for advance version )

I just gave an unfortunate grab driver 1 star rating. the reason being:
1) He put me "In transit" where he did not even pick me up yet. So I cant cancel the trip.
2) Not sure if it was the app glitch or he is simply new driver that could not comprehend the app, he went to pick me up at my destination.
3) Since I already "In transit", hesimply completed the trip and my credit card was charged full fare for nothing.
I already lodged a report and hopefully grab take care of this case seriously.

But their top management dont know this or even the top Fraud team head is in on it???

i saw on the map, he move gradually and finally reached at my destination.
i cant callhim as he already put me "In Transit" way before that, so I sent him messages asking why he went there.
after sometimes, he called me said that he already there at my destination, waiting for me...
i asked him , he nampak or not where I am waiting at? he said yes the app shows that I am waiting at my destination.

I scold him. asked him to cancel. Later on, he completed the trip and I got charged.

if MRT station I guess most station got Grab @ Gate A or Gate B now. drivers will not miss if you select the correct point.
if that is the case, then that driver is wrong. newbie maybe.
