I wonder how the maid proceed for Fomema too.. normally u need passport only can do fomema

Since the passport still hold by the agency, I think the agency bring the passport and maid there and do it. Since the doctor wont check the permit. They need the passport for the maid personal information only.

Yes, told them i need to travel, which was true. yet they cant delivered. endup i had to leave my maid at my inlaws.

She arrived first, then only they start preparing her visa, because Indonesian agency wants her to go out fast, apparently she is very good, and alot of other agency wants(so they tell lah, I dunno the real reason, but she is good). Only when shes here, we started the visa process, i signed the papers for permit & visa, and she did went to FOMEMA, i asked my maid, what happened during the checkup she said it was done correctly and her details were there.

Just the Visa part, I only have her photocopied passport. Apparently the issue is, her passport is expiring and something wrong with the age or something. she needs to go to embassy to renew her passport, too many people this and that. i have been bugging the agency everyday its crazy.

Did they give you her photocopied working permit as well? If yes then the reason they dont give it to you is beyond me. Because usually these agencies will care less about the maid after everything done and they got their money. If no, most probably they didnt apply.

Nopes, only the photocopied passport. Visa & permit "is still in progress" crazy right after a year!

It's pretty obvious that agency can't give you the passport, something has gone wrong already. You should take proactive action now to lodge a lost passport report and go embassy to make a new passport before the maid's PLKS expire. Only by going thru this process, you will get to know why agency can't give you the passport.
Before lodging the report, inform the agent fist and see what they have to say.

Now I suspect your maid is just a PATI.

I dont even know when her PLKS will expire. anyway, good suggestion.

BTW anyone recently brought their maid to embassy to renew passport? does it take that long. Cause supposedly the agency take her yesterday to renew, then suddenly cancelled saying too many people, even the one went earlier cant get the number, which is pure excuses lah. but i just wonder is it really that much people and super long queue.

There isn't any passport, if there is, agency would rather give it to employer and wouldn't bother to give passport renewal service.
I suspect agency songlap all your agency fee and gave you a PATI without proper documentation.

No visa and permit means no PLKS. Means she is a PATI, now what you can do is lodge police report. Just say for replacement of lost passport at embassy. The police wont ask much but better make a story just in case. After that, get a reliable agency to do it for you or you can do it yourself.

Hi, just wondering if we can still renew our maid working permit at putrajaya Imigresen? I am always on the move so using myeg is not convenient for me. Has anyone renew maid working permit at putrajaya Imigresen recently? It can be done within one day right?

You can apply PLKS online at MyEg portal.
Now all PLKS are process by MyEg. But I was told you still can apply PLKS at imigresen but you must first go to MyEg to inform them that you want to apply PLKS at Imigresen.
