yea... their big pillar gone already.... castle crumbling down already... will the DBKL take back those lands for free with the reason of illegal business dealings between AK and KU nan?

Maybe will impose market price for direct dealing with some discounts.

But this will cause AK cash flow bleeding.

Sad to say this project land still belong to DBKL, so anytime it can be taken back. And therefore, developer not suppose to take any booking fees/deposit and illegal to ask buyer to sign SPA.

it is different plot of land, I don't think it's the same DO apply for these few lands. rumawip stands individually and Desa Sentral as another, and currently the DO for rumawip has approved and construction has started whereas the Desa Sentral has approved with condition to construct the sales gallery for the whole big development. To clear the cloud, the best is to show up the land search for LOT 58433.

you got your points but Don't be optimistic. look at again at the land size reported by MP Lim Lip Eng at no 54. It was reported as 42.42acres while the land search I shown you all above is only 17.23 acres.

safe to say lot 58433 is affected and still belongs to DBKL.

MACC won't probes without the valid reason and please don't forget this 64 land info were being reported during last few parliament session when BN still in power. No MP dare to give any false info during that session because if he/she does, can kena tangkap and kena charges. Same goes to Tengku Adnan. That is why he have no choice but to answer those question at that time and confirmed all is the right info.

I hope you are aware 42.42 is including the old desa water park plus the surrounding of the lake.
