dunno, my frd went thru RUMAWIP 1st then only straight to developer agent and signed snp on spot. propably that's why it needs full 10%. Any idea to know how many % has sold so far?

This project is on Lot 58433, whereas Desa Sentral is believe on Lot 52958 (have not received down payment yet).

Do you have the land search of the Lot 58433 which is the Rumawip?

it is different plot of land, I don't think it's the same DO apply for these few lands. rumawip stands individually and Desa Sentral as another, and currently the DO for rumawip has approved and construction has started whereas the Desa Sentral has approved with condition to construct the sales gallery for the whole big development. To clear the cloud, the best is to show up the land search for LOT 58433.

Bro nothing to do with the land size, LOT 52958 DAN 52959 are Desa Sentral and could be few puzzle left out as well. Whereas, rumawip is on another plot, Lot 58433, Btw, where did you get this land search, where to buy thru online?


Aiya, this MP Lim is just wanna show up to be famous and hopefully got attention from centre govt la. How to promote to minister if no contribution? From the way he present on PC, Tan Sri Chai can simply sue him for defamation on "very close with Tk Adnan" already.

No one said cancelled, there are just rumors around.

However if it's cancelled, you suppose to get the full refund of your deposit.

Yes 100+ listing but if u look at it carefully, the ads are posted by the same agents. They wanted to get maximum exposure and tagged nearby area. it's repeat & repeat. probably only 20 units are keen to rent.

Room for a decent condo in KL nowadays cost at least RM500. You would not get RM800 for a whole unit even in basic in Tmn Desa. Event my another apartment in Semenyih already renting for RM800 whole unit

Most of them loan installment around RM850 only. If they rented in RM800 they pretty much cover their loan already. RM1k covered with maintenance fee. they won't fall into lelong. Overall still a decent investment. 4-5% ROI
