I think they can smell cos very near, looks like just across the street...when pass by the pond from kuchai, we can smell it.....some blocks r near HTC too......

Besides the fact that the number of units is staggering and the proximity of the STP, the location, the price and the practical floor plan (squarish/rectangular rooms) makes it a good option for those who can qualify for it.

KL address... pricing.... 850 sq ft... better than alot rumawip sizes.... and near to the exit to highway there..... as for STP, HTC.... this are the traits of AK projects.... take it or leave it.... lol.....
