Parking, the site clearing started at least 2 weeks ago

But the downside is nearby Indah Water STP. Block A & B facing direct to the STP

The smell everytime I pass by there, urgh. Can this smell spread to this condo? Or it's far enough already?

Location is kinda good..
But worry about the "good" smells

I think they can smell cos very near, looks like just across the street...when pass by the pond from kuchai, we can smell it.....some blocks r near HTC too......

parking. looks very near to the STP

Besides the fact that the number of units is staggering and the proximity of the STP, the location, the price and the practical floor plan (squarish/rectangular rooms) makes it a good option for those who can qualify for it.

everyone say location is good. Can explain how good is good? i just look at the map i can't figure out why

KL address... pricing.... 850 sq ft... better than alot rumawip sizes.... and near to the exit to highway there..... as for STP, HTC.... this are the traits of AK projects.... take it or leave it.... lol.....

Is there a proposed MRT station next to Desa Green?
