When is this feature coming to luno? x1000 leverage?

Anyone facing this issue when try to deposit FIAT in Luno?

Anyone having issues getting SMS authentication for transactions from Luno?
Tried call method also but not working since 2 hours ago

Edit : Received the SMS already after making a short phone call. Don't know why I've got signal but seems like I've been disconnected from the network temporarily. Had to make a call to reconnect.

I truely believe that Luno is using bot to control the price.

Whenever I placed buy or sell order, and within 1-3 seconds, there will be some small trade to be placed before me with RM1 difference.

If luno is the same as other exchanges, like binance, poloniex etc
I would expect it gonna have bots used by other traders also, not necessarily it is luno’s bot solely. Might be.

I don't think other trades would use bot on web which doesn't have API access.

Also, the quantity is very small like 0.0004 only.

If there is no spread to be flipped in, hence the robot has no where to flip.. haha

If Buy is 30,000
and sell is 30,100

If I place sell at 30,090... there will be immediate new trade placed before me i.e. 30,089 at very small quantity.

I hope Luno doesn't do this stupid Rebot thing to affect their reputation.

It is very annoying if someone cut me with just small quantity. If you wanna use bot, cut me with huge quantity la...

Hi Canfloat, regulations for spot trading have just come into place October 2019. It's still early days for the Digital Asset Exchange(s) (DAX) that are operating in the country. It will take awhile before margin trading will be accept in Malaysia. We'll need to ensure that customers understand all aspects when it comes to margin/leverage trading. We're starting with the basics first to ensure that customers are not making uninformed decisions when it comes to their money.

Apologies on that, ericlaiys. We discovered the issue and managed to get it sorted within 5 hours. That's quite a long time given financial markets never sleep but I'll let you know that the team investigated and coordinated across multiple departments and countries to sort this out.

Would like to clarify regarding your assumption,

There are actually active traders on our platform that make use of our OPEN APIs and have automated bots running on algorithms that make millisecond orders on our exchange.

Luno does not deploy OUR own bots on our exchange, because it has a healthy amount of volume, on its own.

btw, you guys keep your purchased btc/eth/xrp in Luno wallet or transferred out to another wallet? any recommended wallet that is more popular to be used with great support?
