I believe his meant to be they keep on delaying the issue because they can't reach the settlement with Maybank or BNM.

Luno should be banned because they are cheating customers.

should be BNM, if only problem with mbb, their cimb account should be able to use. My withdrawal stucked since last week.

All my coins already transferred out.
I'll wait and see, not in a hurry.

But I do hope they can come back, maybe change the limit to below RM10k per customer?

I wonder existing money changers in Malaysia will consider taking up virtual currency exchange business?

Realistically, how do u guys think this is going to end..i mean i don't see luno just closing off the malaysian market and heading for the hills. It's just that the amount of time their taking to resolve this is worrying and it translates to lost trades and opportunities..haizz

At the end they might just run away coz cant settle up this problem. I doubt they can settle this kind of stuff as govern didnt approve crypto currency in malaysia
*
I thought BNM did not regulate it but they should follow AMLA rules.

The main issue is, Luno has no support in Malaysia to communicate with their clients. All are mat salleh and their support responses are very slow and lack of knowledge.

I would suggest just transfer out all ur coin, or exchange ur cash to coin and transfer away at the moment, better dont risk it.

You must be newbie.

They are blaming about the sending BTC fee. Not withdrawing fiat - RM0.10

Heard lots of users have such problems. Mind to explain more? Is it the withdrawal waiting time too long?

Sorry if this is the wrong place.
I trued to transfer some money into my Luno wallet yesterday, but the Maybank account given wasn't valid. Is there a problem with the Malaysian Government now?

Luno's bank account got frozen by BNM. No withdrawal / deposit allow for now. Not sure when they will be able to fix it but it is recommended not to use Luno until the issue is fixed.
