Luno has been having withdrawal and deposit issue since last week. Most probably their account got frozen my BNM and triggered the ALM.

Safest way is to withdraw btc/eth out into your wallet or other exchange until Luno settle this issue.

I opened my account with coinhako today and managed to transfer some of my btc from luno to coin hako.it was quite fast actually. I should have opened coin hako much earlier

Their price is at a premium for BTC/ETH right and i don't think they're an exchange like luno. Can help to confirm ah?

@6pm USD/BTC hit $17k, and has maintained a smooth upward graph

Luno on the other hand, still reflects a downward graph which does not match the real-time value (at this point you are still at a loss, while the whole world is going up).

Not sure if there are underlying reasons to why this is happening but trust for their service is definitely LOW on my end!

The fees they charge on maker fees is 1% which is extremely high and the sending fees is high compared to other eg i was sending 0.002 bitcoin which worth myr 200 and the fees needed to send 0.00159

Is there anymore platform that can use for Malaysia? I know currently Luno is under investigation and we are not able to deposit or withdraw money

I believe his meant to be they keep on delaying the issue because they can't reach the settlement with Maybank or BNM.

Luno should be banned because they are cheating customers.

At the end they might just run away coz cant settle up this problem. I doubt they can settle this kind of stuff as govern didnt approve crypto currency in malaysia
