- luno has never been hack
- luno doesn't have withdrawal issue reported
- luno doesn't have missing BTC reported.

so far history is okay. but i agree they need to improve on the User Assistance department, taking sometime to get response from them.
even no hotline to call for inquiries and help.

previously having trouble with bank and delay on withdrawal. go for Remitano

i'm not defending them, but imagine the queue all people want to withdraw because malaysia govt. said stop.
delay is still acceptable , they even give notice to public.
in the end all money was returned back to owners.

Luno is very stingy on information.I wish to deposit money from Maybank and buy Btc in their exchange.I still dont know how to do it.
Btc is damn cheap in Luno only about 10k.Too good to be true.

i've got luno, remitano, coinhako account i think started 2 yrs back. almost forgot about it and now i login again find that hako doesnt really function anymore (my main wallet prior). **bought in luno, then luno gg, tt to hako and so on...now hako gg, luno ok again.. well..

so after reading some old threads,think maybe i should send the assets from hako to luno (since its considered somewhat legal in msia) then continue trading, deposit and withdrawal activities in luno, but for now, remitano seems to be the only place ok for true to true price crypo value trading, and its p2p...

am i understanding correctly? and hodl until march 2020...
