QUOTE(Eoma @ Dec 11 2017, 01:07 PM) U got it reversed. hi thanks for taking your time to explain. now i understand, thanks.Basically, if your trade (buy or sell) is fulfilled immediately = you get charged the 1% fee. So if you want to buy, put a price that is lower than the current highest buy offer or the same as the current buy offer. But be aware, that during the time you click/tap and your offer becomes the highest buy offer (above what is currently being queued) and is fulfilled immediately, you will be charged. Similarly, if you are selling, putting a price higher than the current lowest sell price, will avoid getting charged the fee. To put the above in numbers: Current highest buy offer, RM100, Current lowest sell offer RM101. You put RM101 to buy, It will be fulfilled immediately (since someone is offering to sell at RM101), so you will be charged 1% fee. So to avoid the fees, you put RM99 (or RM100). When selling, if the lowest sell price is RM101, and the current highest buy offer is RM100, and you got put RM100, it will be sold immediately and you will be charged. So to avoid fees, you q at RM101 or RM102. |

QUOTE(Meisterstuck @ Dec 12 2017, 11:13 PM) Hi, I have a bank account in Singapore for trading purpose. Bro, u aan send them an email theough their help function. I had the same problem with you but i stick to RM in the end. The buying price in SGD is higher ( which u have more risk) compared to RM. Nevertheless, since malaysia going to implement i-duno-wat-law, i was thinking to do it again.Do you any wallet service I could use in order to buy BTC by bank transfer from my Singapore bank account? I have tried signing up CoinHako by using Singapore as place of residence (in order to utilise the money in my Singapore bank account), but they wanted a Singapore mobile number in the "Phone Number Verification" column, which I don't have. Any ideas how to get thru this, or any other wallet you would recommend? Many thanks. |

I have emailed them before for this question but they don't allow. Not sure if the support is blind or didn't understand what I wrote. It was replied that the law jurisdiction doesn't allow to have two deposited currencies under 1 citizen. |

They just mention that the exchange like Luno needs to be regulated and needs to perform KYC process to counter AMLA. |

Seen from the comment in playstore, many ppl complain the charge is very high, any active luno user can verify?
1 of the comment: I send Bitcoin for 0.00292 . Well thats a small amount for most of you guys. But you know how much Luno charged for the " Bitcoin Send Fee " ? BTC 0.001489 !! THATS MORE THAN HALF FROM WHAT I HAVE SEND! This post has been edited by ragk: Dec 17 2017, 01:41 AM |
