It will be cheaper to get your general or electrical contractor instead of a network person to pull and conceal the cables. That’s what I did for my house. My renovation guy did all that and I connected the wall jacks and crimped the cables myself. Some of them might be hesitant, just tell them it’s like pulling telephone cables. If you have enough network points, pepper the house with low power APs, Mikrotik has one for RM130. New ones might be even less. I find many low power APs to be better than one or two high power ones.
The most important is that you get a good core router.
