those who called 100 and got rejected can try dropby to TM Point to try luck. I did not received any sms, but still managed to get it at TM point

maybe you guys can on and off do a speed test to check if upgrade has been done, no need to wait for sms. When I did mine thru TM Point last night, I did not even received any sms on upgrade confirmation or sms on update done at all.

my original plan TQ Surprise 50Mbps/rm179 does not come with any free calls, hence when i upgraded it to 100Mbps, I do not get any 600min free calls, according to the CS there, it follows your existing deal, what ever you have currently will be continue. Add RM10 is just to upgrade it to 100Mbps. Some might get the jumbo pack as well but for my case, i do not get it at all, so my rm10 upgrade is only merely for upgrade form 50Mbps to 100Mbps, nothing more, nothing less. I also dunno why I could not get the Jumbo pack. CS tried to do it for me but system dont allow unless I am willing to pay rm219 for it. Some get it, some dont, dunno how TM decide on that

looks more like a router setting issue, maybe best to ask at asus router thread but first lets make sure that you already disable ipv6

do not disable iptv, only disable the ipv6. They are different thing. If signal drop due to heavy usage, that is quite normal bro

yup, I upgraded mine at TM Point and it was done after 2 hours but my upgrade package does not hv Jumbo pack and 600 mins free calls ya. not sure why but if those are important to you, pls double check b4 you proceed

I hv terminated maxis/astro iptv more than a year ago, not sure about now but my experience was that there are lots of website cannot be access, torrent sites get throttle and if the service is down due to TM cabling, then die lor....need to coordinate with TM people, Maxis people and yourself to be around to rectify, very messy one. once switch to unifi...waaa...no regrets even though TM is generally more expensive then maxis

cannot be wor, mine also 30 Mb to 50mb thankyou surprise upgrade and I hv done my rm10 to 100mb at TM Point Quill City Mall. You might need to try another TM Point

those requested upgrade at 100 might hv to wait for 7 working days and those who did it at TM Point will get it after 2-3 hours. but i think there are one or two people here managed to upgrade via calling 100 after 2-3 days

not applicable to all, I did not get the jumbo pack and 600min free call. Maybe bcos of I did it at TM Point and not by calling 100?

If they dont allow you to upgrade by calling 100, try walk into a TM Point to ask and if one TM Point dont allow, try another one. I got mine done at TM Point Quill City Mall, seems puchong TM Point's staffs are not aware of this upgrade thing

probably within 7 working days after your report unless you requested it to be on weekend, then it might be a bit longer. If they drag you, then u hv to call 100 a few times to make new report, they hv to attend to you eventually. What btu and router are you using now btw?
