STB are tied with MAC ID, so you would need to notify TM to do so.

Hello, what I meant is to cancel my streamyx and then retain the RM10 package of unlimited fixed line calls & apply a brand new unifi package which means i'll have 2 phone in  the house. 1 will be using the conventional copper wire phone line and the other would be the unifi VOIP. cause the VOIP unlimited phone calls I have to add the additional RM20 kan?

as said before, u could have when u went 50->100.
that's what i did, no extra charge.
now, if u wanna change, they may charge u 60-50=rm10 more.
jumbo has a lot more eng and sports channels.
but u will lose all the aneka, varnam, ruby ones from mega.
just to share with others...

i just got my second bill, all is correct.
we can now be all clear about how they bill... for those on +rm10->100mbps.

your case:
rm299 high speed internet +60 jumbo +30 ruby - 200 discount = 189... +gst.

my case:
rm299 high speed internet +60 jumbo -180 discount = 179... +gst

the final price is all determined by the DISCOUNT applied on the "high speed internet".
how they determine, amount... nobody seems to know for sure.

u r on 100mbps, rm299.
there is no +rm10 to upgrade to.
so, u must terminate, reapply.
the questions... r u still on contract, apply what, if port available in yr area, possible to upgrade cheap or not, etc.

as it involves termination, i wud think u MUST go to TM point, reapply - u need to sign papers.
if your job does not permit u to go easily, cannot use phone, what else to do but to take a day leave to do that?
still, call first, clarify a few things, then u go to tmpoint to do what u hv to do.

I just done this last week and the hypptv contact is renew for another year.

now new subscriber can opt to upgrade with RM10. just go to TM Point (you can check it here as other 'branch' are actually authorized dealer only).
I'll drop by to a TM Point this afternoon to get that new fliers and post it here.

Finally... TM gave back Ruby pack to us in yesterday late night, now my parent are happy and I'm glad all solved!

Beside that, I managed to change my parent's Unifi package (Adavanced 30Mbps + Ruby) from RM189 per-month to RM139 per-month (price exclude GST)! 
I'm surprise the Chat Agent told me no contract for this new plan, will need to double check later.    


How I changed from RM189 to RM139 (Advanced 30Mbps with Ruby Pack)?
- Go to nearest TM Point and request for this new Advanced 30Mbps (RM139)
- TM staff will tell you that this only for new subscriber and we (existing customer cannot apply)
- Insist need this new plan, they will need you to fill-up "Borang Aduan" and pass to their branch manager to approve this change.
- Need to stated reason why need this new plan, TM staff suggested me include threaten will terminate contract, unfair for existing customer, etc. 
- They will print a copy and give to you, then pass to their branch manager to get approval (they said this is part of the process)
- Wait for their feedback on next few days (around 3 - 7 business day) and all good

Nope... the free Jumbo Lite (RYE 2017) is gone, my parent don't care about it. 
They get the RM139 package with Ruby pack is good enough. 

Probably few days later I'll bring this up with TM to get back Jumbo package, hoping there will not be another Moron remove Ruby and add Jumbo again. 

Could some one help me on this (on how to get this price)? I'm still paying RM209 for 50Mbps + Jumbo Pack while many others are paying RM189 for 100Mbps + Jumbo Pack

I am paying for 179 per month for 30mbps. The telemarketer offer an add on of 10 ringgit to upgrade to 50mbps with no contract renewal and the discount will be perpetual. The telemarketer offer me this and told me that they offer this plan because I usually uses 1.2TB per month. Do you guys think this is a good offer?

guys, just received a call from TM to upgrade my existing Unifi Lite 10mbps to Unifi 30mbps for just Rm139 excluding GST.
can i know what i'll be getting with this upgrade? will i be getting unifitv box? free calls? i have not give them the green light yet.
