How much RPM are u at during normal acceleration? better to keep it low like not more than 2k RPM and keep the eco light on most of the time as a guidelines too

Mine is MT, mostly getting 15km/l, mix highway and city 70% and 30% but no jam involved, I don't drive too slow too, mostly on fast lane 70%

Mine too, and coupled with a very high pitch note for a short period too. No idea what's that anyway

I am considering an upgrade from CVT Iriz

I don't accelerate hard. Usually the RPM is around or slightly below 2k during acceleration unless driving uphill.

I think you should try to reset your ECU, some of the member mention there is an improvement after done so.

Nope is not your car problem, maybe is ur driving style , road condition uphill a lot. Do you always hit eco indicator light on ?

Mine one also mixed, but 60% is city 40% is highway , go through a lot of uphill and downhill. Jam for 20 min per day go and back home.

I think every persona also having this pitch sound after engine off. I believe is related to VVT with canister purge valve , because I heard also throttle body gate or valve it open on and off few times.

Only happen in VVT model , Iafm canister valve don't have this sound.

Anybody renewed their insurance and road tax? I was quoted 3 different price for my persona premium. Should i go for the highest sum insurred? 1st time car owner here.

u mean sum insured for 3 insurance company is difference ?

How much the highest sum insured and from which insurances company? do you got included other stuffs coverage windscreen and etc. btw road tax price should be the same.

Highest was 48k and lowest 40k. This is sum insurred.

Wah drop a lot, for me I will take the highest sum insured which is 48k, as Premium previous sum insured is 57k when u purchase the car.

As the differences between you total insurances premium between 48k and 40k sum insured like rm 110+-. Plus I think you will have NCD discount for first year

I like the MT drive and its gear ratio setup, shorter 1-4th gear ratio compared to most similar car, made 4th gear quite powerful for hill climb and a rather ordinary 5th gear ratio setup setting the 4th and 5th gear slightly far apart, but u get an economical highway drive, but I hope it could be longer thou... 6 speed gearbox is a better solution to this anyway

If you're with an Iriz, I would suggest you to keep the Iriz instead since the Persona wasn't a huge upgrade but just refinements from Iriz... not really worth thou

My roadtax gonna due next month, wonder where can I get these quotes thou... does lower sum insured came with a cheaper premiums?
