But damn embarrassing lah... he was saying "For modern music, you need to know, what, at the most 100 chords. For jazz, you need about 700+ chords."

The headstock isn't supposed to show Team J Craft, only "Prestige"... AFAIK, Prestige guitars have the "Prestige" logo on the headstocks, while J-Custom have the "J-Custom" logo... I don't think there's a "Team J Craft" logo... except for the cases?

And this is probably one of the older 1527s which came with a 3-piece maple neck... whereas later/current models come with the 5-piece neck.

EDIT: Oh yeah, the colour is Galaxy Black, not available in Malaysia...

Aikz... I also went to Bentley yesterday to check out some gig bags... they had the Ritter Junior for like RM55, but it looked like crap. It was like there was no padding whatsoever... really weird, since it was nothing like Val's Ritter Junior. The ever-helpful sales staff said, yeah Ritter Junior got different "models"... wtf? ...sooooo not ftw... sad.gif

Then, when I checked out JS, they had those super-duper-heavy-dutypadded Levi's gig bags... but it costs like RM180.... rclxub.gif ...aikz...



...and even stranger... the red Jazz III picks they had were like larger than the usual Jazz III (red or black) and felt rougher... according to JS, that was a new shipment of Jazz IIIs, and they may have changed the designs.... anybody can verify this?

yeah... guess it might be the Jazz III XL... phew! smile.gif

The Levi's gigbag in JS look really solid, but the minus points are the price, and the fact that they have only one small compartment, located near the top... sad.gif

I'll probably look around elsewhere for the Ritter Jr like Val's... the non-padded one seems like a complete waste of money, I might as well wrap my guitar in paper! tongue.gif

No lah... just wondering. I remember his bridge pup got one side pole pieces the other side bar (DS7)... but couldn't remember if his neck pup was the same.

But EQ being a Petrucci fan-boy, I should have guessed it'd be AN7... tongue.gif
