If you see it as carporch is at the back, what is wrong? You rather see yr prized cars as living lounge view?

Like someone mentioned earlier, almost all condos n service apartments tai moon enter see kitchen jor....why nobody complaint?

its just to simple to point a finger at lelong units and make fun of persons that made the wrong decision 3 to 4 yrs back. it was the risk that someone is willing to take.
if he has done so say 8 years earlier, who knows who will be laughing all the way to the bank?

we made decision everyday even without you realising it where the results could be financial, or emotional, but ultimately everything is coming back to ringgit and sense. from which school your parents enrolled you in, to what course you did as your degree, what job offer you did accept and some not so straight financial decision - who you ended up married. think about it, has any of these decision the right one? you could be multi-millionaire by now by just a flick of decision process, or ended up as gangster taiko or number 2.

actually whoa, not by anywhere looking down on cheras people, many are rich and not like strata properties for own stay. they also like to reno kau kau. apa streetscape and landscape don't attract them, well maybe their off springs are.

therefore these are not the important factor in deciding to buy or not.

BUT the landed, I still think they will sell out in no time, bcos cheras people are rich.
