I am thinking of creating Telegram community group for the owners. Prefer telegram since we can add members without needing to add phone numbers. Anyone would like to join?

Thanks for the update.

1. In the SPA the common facilities listed excludes the facilities in Block C&D. Block C & D is marked as future development. The showroom are going to be removed and renovated as gym and indoor courts prior to VP. Thus I don't think we can claim LAD.

2. Good question, unsure if GLM will take charge of the management until block C & D completes.

3. It is common for projects to VP in phases nowadays. So long the developer doesn't breach the agreement, no remedy against them.

Sucks that SUKE has to delay that long tho.

The group is intended for the owners only. If you'd just signed the S&P and is not currently available to you, you may provide proof of purchase by other documentation i.e. receipts/invoices by GLM. Thank you.

Facade color was never promised nor stated in the SPA to be at which specific color. The fact they have listened to their customer that the existing color is not pleasant and they're doing something is commendable.

Not sure about SPA's for block C, however SPA for block A & B does not include the said electronic mail dropoff in facilities list nor shuttle transport service.

The stated facilities includes Guard House, multi-purpose hall, management office, gymnasium, lap pool & wading pool, sauna, surau, playground, floating pavilion, floating plaza and lastly landscape podium. Services includes security, refuse collection and maintenance of common facilities.

However do note there are discretionary notes below the facility and services lists stating the Developer at its absolute discretion may provide such other facilities and services from time to time or as may be required by the Appropriate Authority.

Agreed, the brown look nicer. Too bad we owners are not at the liberty to give the final say.

I'm not too worried about paint fades, external weatherproof paints is so robust now usually comes with 10 to 12 years of warranty covering color fading.
