580k should be for 893sf but already sold out. Currently only have 840sf and 1195sf available.

My understanding was condo & terrace should be VP altogether, that's why terrace is not speeding-up during construction. As I'm no rush, okay if within 3 yrs period. But the show unit really speechless, from Jun 19 until Mar 20 and no promise yet. Sigh.

SUKE is going to complete by end-2020. That's definitely bring positive value growth to us.

I don't think SUKE can be complete at end of Year 2020. last year july, government saying that 4 constructed highway will be complete at Year 2020, but I do see even pillar yet to done. At currents, still messy as 2 layer highway hard to complete on time. My 2 cents. Anywhere, Emerald hills VP at 2022. Its save once move in. Currently, really jam and road conditions damn worse.

I did look into the floor plan for block C, and it doesn't come with balcony. So I wondering is block A and B same as block C. But since you mention sold out then too bad 😂

I believe it will be in purchaser greater benefit for the project to be complete soonest be it own stay or investment as progressive interest will not bring any value but more cost to the purchase
